The Account Sales Executive is responsible for the day to day account management duties within the sales team. Their role is to support the field sales team while building relationships within our customer base. The executive is involved with sales from the opportunity stage right through to completion and invoicing. The role requires communicating with the Service Desk Administrators, Project Manager, Service Team, and Finance Department.
With the ever changing world of technology, the role of the Internal Sales Executive requires the individual to be familiar trending technologies through training programs and by working closely with vendors to our customers receive the best advice.
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum educational requirements
Understanding of the technology space the company operates in including future trends and competitor values.
Proficient use of standard office software and platforms (Microsoft Office, CRM solutions etc.).
Proficient use of Autotask
Minimum previous experience
Proven account management or other relevant experience in the technology sector for at least 2 years.
Training required that is specific to this role
Sales and Product training for all Nostra services/products – HP, Sonicwall, MS365 etc.
We also have three office locations to choose from, with free parking at all except the Smithfield office.
