The Challenges
Leveraging new technology – Hali wanted to integrate Microsoft Copilot to boost productivity, improve collaboration, and make better use of AI-powered tools across the business.
Centralising information – Internal communication and document management needed to be streamlined through a central, branded SharePoint intranet hub that connected all departments.
Security and compliance – Before enabling Copilot, Hali required a secure tenant environment, with controls in place to protect sensitive company data and ensure compliance.
Solutions
Nostra’s SharePoint team delivered a full Copilot and SharePoint deployment, from licence acquisition to end-user adoption. A tenant analysis and security hardening were carried out to prepare the environment, alongside sensitivity labelling and data retention policies to protect confidential information.
A branded SharePoint intranet hub was developed, with departmental sites for quick access to documents, news, events, and resources. Copilot was configured to assist with content creation and discovery, and tailored training was provided for both SharePoint users and administrators to ensure confident, effective use.

Hali now operates with a secure, centralised SharePoint intranet that streamlines communication, improves content management, and connects the business end-to-end. Copilot is enhancing productivity by supporting faster document creation, better content discovery, and more efficient collaboration.
