The Challenges

Solutions
Nostra began by placing an on-site engineer to manage day-to-day support while a dedicated team oversaw the network, maintained server updates, monitored backups daily, and implemented a patch management programme alongside a rigorous security regime.
Collaboration with Robus’s in-house head of IT ensured upcoming projects were planned and supported. Nostra provided a yearly IT roadmap with monthly review meetings, offering guidance on business process improvements, acquisition support, and the application of new technologies.
The Results
Peace of mind – Advanced Threat Protection Firewalls, Endpoint Protection Antivirus, and multi-factor authentication were deployed, backed by a regular patch management policy and enhanced network security.
Reliable backup and recovery – Ageing servers were replaced with a two-node SAN for seamless failover, supported by a business continuity solution combining local backup with secure cloud storage.
Smarter collaboration – SharePoint enabled secure, collaborative document management, while Microsoft Power Apps automated routine tasks, boosting efficiency.
