Cyber attacks against Irish businesses are rising fast — yet many companies still lack a clear understanding of their vulnerabilities.
To bridge that gap, Enterprise Ireland, working with the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), launched the Cyber Security Review Grant. It covers 80 % of a €3,000 assessment, helping Irish businesses strengthen their defences for just €600.
Why it matters
Cyber risk has become a boardroom issue. Insurers, partners and regulators now expect proof of cyber resilience. The grant gives businesses a structured, affordable way to assess and improve security.
What the review includes
A certified consultant examines:
- Infrastructure and cloud configuration
- Data access and backups
- Policies, procedures, and staff awareness
- Overall governance and risk posture
You’ll receive a prioritised, NCSC-aligned report and clear roadmap for improvement.
From review to results
Once complete, companies may qualify for a Cyber Security Improvement Grant of up to €60 k to implement those recommendations — turning a €600 investment into a full security upgrade.
