Nostra Microsoft Subscriptions Terms & Conditions
1. Commitment Term
Microsoft licenses are purchased with a commitment term of 12 months, beginning on the date the subscription is purchased.
2. Pricing
License pricing remains fixed for the 12-month commitment term. Prices may be adjusted at each renewal date in alignment with Microsoft’s Pricing Standards.
3. Renewal and Modifications
Subscriptions automatically renew for consecutive 12-month periods unless the Customer provides Nostra with a written notice of any modification or cancellation at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
4. Adding Licenses
Customers can add licenses to their subscription at any time during the commitment period. These additional licenses will be billed at a pro-rata basis according to the agreed commercial rates.
5. License Reductions
Customers may not reduce the number of licenses until the renewal date. If licenses are removed from users, the original subscription fee remains due and payable.
6. License Reassignment
Licenses can be reassigned to new users as needed. If a user leaves the Customer’s organization, the license assigned to that user can be transferred to a new user upon the Customer’s request to Nostra.
7. Transfer to a New IT Provider
If a Customer changes IT providers during the 12-month term, it may be possible to transfer license management and billing to the new provider. Transferability depends on systems and conditions between Nostra, the new IT provider, and suppliers, and may incur an administrative fee.

By placing an order for any Microsoft Subscription, the Customer is deemed to accept the above terms and conditions.
