Another significant achievement for Nostra, this recognition comes directly from our own employees. Ensuring that employees are engaged and satisfied is a challenge for all companies, and Nostra has shown great dedication to guaranteeing the well-being and happiness of our team.
Currently, the company has 350 employees across various locations, primarily in Ireland. Recently, Nostra participated in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work Ireland 2024 survey, powered by WorkL! This survey is entirely anonymous and evaluates multiple aspects based on employee feedback.
To achieve a high overall engagement score, an organisation must score well across
WorkL’s six-step framework:
- Reward and Recognition
- Instilling Pride
- Information Sharing
- Empowerment
- Wellbeing
- Job Satisfaction
These frameworks are assessed through statements rated on a scale from 0 to 10 by the respondents. To be successfully accredited as a Sunday Times Best Place to Work, organisations must achieve a minimum 70 per cent overall engagement score. Nostra not only met this criterion but also scored significantly above average when compared to both the market and global standards. Our overall job satisfaction rate reached 85%, demonstrating the company’s strong commitment to ensuring employees have a good work-life balance.
We extend our immense gratitude to the employees who participated in this survey. You can find more information on the official website: thesundaytimes.ie/bestplacestowork
