  • The Role
Service Control is the function our Service Co-ordinator role exists under, this is our bridge of operations and has the most internal and external touch points with our customers. This means that the role is high profile and the person fulfilling the role will be the same, their attitude and approach will assimilate throughout the operation. In turn, the right approach gets the results customers need to allow them to get through their work. Not only that, but equally as important is that each interaction will be a good experience for them. There is a necessity to keep our operation flowing and ensure we deliver the best possible outcomes with the resources we have available. So, prioritisation is key.
  • Responsibilities
  • First point and escalation point for customers engaging with the Service Desk.
  • Focal point for engineer administration & support on planning and scheduling their works
  • Report on utilization of engineering team
  • Assist on compliance requirements for ISO standards
  • Report on customers Service Delivery
  • Facilitate our Daily Huddles (stand up meetings)
  • Customer Service Management
  • Control ticket flow to ensure tickets are moving through the system and are not idling
  • Invoicing works from Service Desk team

  • Working in an office environment as an administrator
  • Call handling experience
